Shoes Baazar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or INR 100, whichever is lower.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, email us at support@shoesbaazar.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

After inspection:

  • Replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Subject to stock availability

  • If unavailable, refund or alternate product may be offered

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
